This patient wanted to improve on the appearance of her anterior teeth. She had existing stained and discoloured composites, a maryland bridge and a high lip gummy smile.![]()

We replaced the existing work with porcelain veneers, crowns and bridges as well as some crown lengthening to reduce the amount of gum showing when smiling. ![]()

This patient was involved in a bike accident that caused her two front teeth to be knocked out of position and several other teeth to shift. At the time, she was already partway through clear aligner treatment.![]()

She was quickly treated at hospital, where the two front teeth were gently put back into place and secured with a small wire to allow them to heal. After a period of healing, the wire was removed and clear aligner treatment was continued to gradually straighten her teeth over the next two years.![]()

Because the front teeth were badly injured, root canal treatment was needed. This is quite common after this type of injury, as the nerve inside the tooth often does not survive the trauma.![]()

Once the teeth were straightened, four porcelain veneers were placed to improve the shape and colour of the front teeth and to enhance her overall smile.![]()
